We were using a different app for configuring product options and switched to Globo Product Options app.

This Globo options app is very easy to use and when I ran into issues, I reached to Helen from the support team and they were very helpful in resolving the issues and explaining what they did so that we understand and learn more about the app.

I've had a great experience with Globo Product Options.

I was having a few technical issues while setting up my product options, and the support team was wonderful. They took the time to look into the problems, brought in additional technical assistance when needed, and worked through everything until the issues were resolved.

I'm still learning how to use the app, but the support I've received has made the process much easier.
