I thought it was just a chatbot at first. Turns out it shows key product highlights automatically as shoppers scroll up and down the page. It feels like having a salesperson that actually knows the product, much smarter than I expected.
It worked right after installation. Jolect understands the layout of our product pages and highlights the important details. The reports make it easy to see which images and descriptions perform best.
The analytics are super helpful. We can see time on page, click rates, and conversion data for each product. We used to rely on other tools for this, but now it's all in one place.
