The Tazoh team was extremely helpful. I wasn't actively using the Shoppable video app, and after the trial period ended, an amount was deducted from my account. I reached out to their support team, and they promptly assisted me with a refund.

Their response was quick, professional, and very customer-focused. They resolved my issue immediately, which I truly appreciated. Based on this experience, I would definitely consider using Tazoh again in the future and would recommend their support team for their excellent service.
