Merchants say this app is excellent for accurately tracking true profit after all costs, replacing complex spreadsheets and manual P&Ls. They like the clear dashboard, detailed breakdowns, and custom/scheduled reports for multi-store and multi-channel views. Granular cost and shipping settings help reveal profitable products, markets, and channels. Merchants consistently praise the fast, proactive support and frequent feature updates, calling it essential for running a profitable ecommerce business.
Good software and can trust that my numbers are accurate with using this. It's extremely important for me to know them down to a tee so to have them broken down in a way that is easy to understand and accurate is great.
We have been using Beprofit for a while, the has been issues and ups and downs, but with help of customer service we have solved that. Also it could be bit better for users with many stores, for example if its same business, then operational costs could be spread across all stores etc.
