This is honestly one of the worst and least user-friendly Shopify apps I have used. It constantly produces errors and failed exports — for example, an export of 1,127 products failed after 990 records with a GraphQL THROTTLED error. The filename template is not reliably saved, there is no clear Settings/FTP Profiles section, and once an FTP server is saved, there appears to be no way to edit it or change the password. On top of that, the FTP upload simply did not work, and support does not respond to customer inquiries. I paid for this app expecting a simple automated export, but instead wasted hours trying to make basic functionality work. Do not waste your time with this app.
Thank you for the detail. The export failures and the FTP upload were real bugs on our end, and both are fixed, along with the template saving. You also caught us mid-deployment, which made things worse than they already were.
One correction: saved servers could always be edited, password included, but only from the server management page. That's a fair thing to miss, so editing now sits in the settings overview too.
On support: your message never reached me, and I only found out about all this from your review.
Everything you listed works today. If you'd give it another try, I'd like that. Either way, thanks for writing it up.
