Smart Restock reads supplier invoices and purchase orders in PDF, CSV, Excel, and EML format, then matches each line to your products by SKU. Approve the staged changes and it bulk updates inventory quantities and unit costs across every location you stock. Because cost is captured from each delivery, your cost per item reflects what you last paid. Add suppliers manually or sync them from existing Shopify data. Nothing is written to your store until you review it line by line.

This app has cut manual processing time down by 80% if not more. improved accuracy by reducing input errors. Our products are available online faster to our consumer so increased sales. We can add new products straight from the invoice, we can add variants to existing product, we can group 5 invoice lines from the invoice and create a parent product for them from the invoice page. I forgot the best feature we can forward supplier invoices from our mail box straight to this app and straight to our accounting software reducing missing invoices and reducing missing inventory in one email. We can add best before date from the invoice and loads more........ oh we can also edit the selling price straight from the invoice

Solid tool for anyone dealing with regular inbound stock. Uploading invoices and PO files, mapping the fields, and reviewing before applying all works smoothly, and auto-creating missing products is a nice touch.

I tried doing inventory by hand and with a couple other tools.Smart Restock is the first that actually parses shipping slips well, creates missing products without fuss, and warns me before I sell out.The restock alerts are the feature I didn't know i needed.
