True2Size helps shoppers find their exact size with a personalized size recommender, backed by clean, fully customizable size charts. Shoppers answer a short questionnaire (or enter their measurements) and get a confidence-scored size recommendation for that product. Merchants upload their size chart once via CSV or paste it directly, map it to any product, and match the widget's look to their brand by customizing the widgets appearance. Returning shoppers skip the questionnaire entirely.

Really happy with True2Size so far. We were looking for something that could make choosing the right size easier for our customers without making the product page look cluttered, and this has worked really well for us.

The setup was pretty straightforward and I really like how the size recommendation works compared to a basic size chart. It feels much more useful for customers, especially when they are between sizes. It also fits nicely with our store and doesn’t feel like a separate app added on top.

The support has also been great. Had a few questions during setup and got a quick response which made everything a lot easier. Overall a really useful app for a clothing brand, would definitely recommend giving it a try!
