We’ve been using Quay: B2B Credit Limits for our B2B customers, and it has been a great addition to our Shopify store.

Since most of our customers are on payment terms, we have some specific requirements regarding credit limits, outstanding balances, due dates, and customer statements similar to those generated by our accounting system.

What we really appreciate is that Quay is not only useful for monitoring credit limits and overdue payments, but also supports our statement workflow. Our statements need to show the customer’s current store credit and deduct it from their outstanding balance, so they can clearly see the actual amount they need to pay. Quay is able to support this requirement, which is very helpful for our business.

We also want to give a special mention to Andrei, the founder of Quay. He is very friendly, smart, and responsive. Whenever we explain an issue or request an adjustment, he understands the problem quickly, works closely with us, and provides practical solutions.

Overall, Quay fits very well with our B2B workflow and has made it much easier for us to manage customer credit, outstanding balances, and statements. The excellent support from Andrei makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Thank you for the review. Coming from a store that uses the app every day, on real invoices and real customers, and written out in this much detail, it is worth more than anything we could write about ourselves.

And genuine respect to your team. You run a serious wholesale operation, you know your limits, your due dates and your statements better than any software ever will, and you took the time to walk us through all of it. Every store using Quay benefits from that, not just yours.

This is how we like to work: alongside the people using the app, looking for the simplest, cleanest solution that fits the way you already work. Your process stays yours, and our job is to take the manual tracking off it and let the routine part run by itself.
