Customers can crop and rotate images in a built-in editor before uploading. Every file is scanned for viruses and validated against merchant-set rules (file type, size, dimensions), then automatically linked to the resulting order with a timeline note, so merchants never have to chase down customer files by email

I’ve been using FileDrop for custom orders where customers need to upload their own images, and it’s been working really well. Setup was straightforward and I like that the uploaded files stay connected to the order, so I don’t have to chase customers by email. The upload process is simple for customers too. So far it’s been reliable and has made handling personalized orders a lot easier.
love the app. I use it for custom sweaters product. people can upload multiple images and see a preview too. pricing is very fair too. definitely recommend this app.
