After a redesign, I wanted a quick way to keep an eye on accessibility issues and this has been handy. The automated checks give us a regular reminder, the reading guide is a nice touch for shoppers, and the compliance documents save time when we're organizing our records. I did run into a few confuzing scan messages at first. The dashboard could be clearer about what needs fixing. Still, it has b...

I like that shoppers can change the text size themselves. It feels thoughtful, and I havent noticed any slowdown on the site. Even my less techy customers seem comfortable with it.

We needed something that could help with accessibility without making the store feel different. This does that nicely and the font controls are especially helpful. I would like more control over where the widget appears on mobile, but so far it has worked reliably and my team has had no trouble using it.

Good little tool, setup was prettty painless and I had it running quickly.

Honestly, I wasnt expecting much, but this turned out to be useful. The image descriptions save me a lot of manual work, the accessibility panel gives shoppers plenty of options, the daily checks keep problems from piling up, and the reports are handy when we review the site. My only complaints are that some settings take a minute to find and the scan results could explain the problems in plainer...
— Prepstack Store
The keyboard support works really well and the text to speech option has been useful. I noticed the store feels more comfortable to browse now, especially on product pages.

I run a small healthy kit shop and this has been a nice addition. The accessibility controls are simple, the scans help me spot issues, and the widget looks clean on my theme. I also like having a report I can share with my team. I wish the scan details were a little easier to understand for non technical users.

Finally found a tool that makes our store much easier to use for customers with different accessibility needs.

okay the accessibility panel in AW is so much nicer than the ones i've run into on other sites. the text to speech actually sounds like a person. scroll to top is a small thing but i've hit it about forty times testing my own store. customers set it however they like and it remembers them next visit. love that.

We got one of those demand letters last spring. Lawyer money, sleepless nights, the whole business. Settled it and then spent months braced for the next one. Accessibility Way has been on the store since March and the scan reports give me something solid to point at if anyone comes knocking again. Contrast controls and the dyslexia font were a nice surprise sitting on top of that. Mostly I bought...

I build stores for clients and Accessibility Way is on nine of them now. Every theme I've thrown at it has behaved, including two that were customised half to death. The ongoing scans catch what clients break after handover, which is most of my job if I'm being honest about it.
— Packridge Best
Our board asked for documentation showing we meet the accessibility requirements and I had no idea where to start. The app generated the statement and the compliance paperwork in about ten minutes flat. Our trustees were satisfied, which is not a sentence I often get to write.
— Emberlane Health
i don't leave reviews. leaving one for this plug in because it saved me about two weeks of work.
— Kilnclay Shop
Long one, sorry. My brother lost most of his vision in his thirties and watching him try to shop online is genuinely infuriating. Half the internet is a wall of unlabelled buttons. When I opened my own store I didn't want to be one of those. A11yBoost got alt text onto about four hundred product photos in a single afternoon, and the reading guide is the thing he actually uses. He tested the store...
— Lumenloft Shop
Boost against our own audit before trusting it. Focus order is handled properly, no focus traps anywhere, and it doesn't fight the screen reader labels we'd already written. Page weight barely moved, which I did not expect.
— Grainhaus Store
I run a small yarn shop online and I am not a tech person at all. My nephew installed this app for me and showed me the little panel where customers can make the text bigger. Two of my regulars have mentioned it since. One of them is 81 and she told me the shop is finally readable for her.
— Rootbound Shop
Three weeks in with this app and I haven't had to think about it once. That's the highest compliment I give software.
— Fitness Tech Zone (Password: 1)
The contrast adjuster is a nice touch, my grandma can finaly read the prices.
— Hourfield
Sells to both the UK and Germany so having one tool cover all those different regulations in a single dashboard saved me a headache. The daily reports land in my inbox and give me a clear picture. Two asks though, let me get alerts only when something actually breaks, and give me control over when the scans run.
— Prepstack Store
Set this up on a Tuesday afternoon and it caught a bunch of images that had no descriptions, wrote them itself. The keyboard navigation works cleanly and the font size toggle in the little widget is handy for my older shoppers. Only thing I'd want is a few more color themes to pick from.
