We are very happy with the app and the wide range of options it offers. Even when something doesn't work as expected, the support team is always friendly, helpful, and quick to find a solution. Great app and excellent customer service – highly recommended!

Had excellent support with this app today and found it to be a very useful add on.

The multi step menu has been a big improvement on the system we were using. The user interface and rules system is easy to follow and intuitive. Being able to copy options from one product to another has also saved us time. We did require some assistance with custom CSS, but the support staff were really helpful and got everything up and running for us. All in it's a great looking system that's...

A lot of really good functionality has been added recently. We have been using for 3 years as it was the only app which met our requirements. Its not always been perfect but support is brilliant and some really good new additions to start using. Update shortly after the new version Really quite frustrated with this whole situation. New version released and we had access to calculations, the suppo...

Where do I start? This App was installed by a developer that worked on my site 4 years ago. It was NEVER activated. They've been charging us $14.99 a month since December 2021 for a total of $704.53. I emailed them and they said that "they cannot tell if their product has been used or not". They can't tell me it their product has been activated or not? I call bullshit. Then they said I had to unin...

DO NOT USE THIS APP Critical bugs that cost me thousands in lost sales: Major Issues: "Default Title #MWS Options XX" bug at checkout Customers see confusing variant names like "Default Title #MWS Options 33" instead of their actual selections. This looks unprofessional and causes massive cart abandonment. Creates duplicate products with every order The app automatically generates duplicate produ...
