Sadly enough they have decided to start with chatbots and after multiple bugs they are not willing to resolve it's time to find another app (after 5 satisfied years). Find out for yourself before you add this app to your store: open the chat function, type that you want to chat with a human being and wait long enough till you decide that this review is 100% real.

It was pretty good from 2020-2023 but then they fell completely off. emails don't get delivered, they freeze your account for no reason making it so that you can't send emails at all.
