I use this app for my store because I sell age restricted items. Its easy to use and I was able to use a custom background, which is awesome. I was able to choose from a couple of different ways for my customer to enter their birth date. I just completed a year with this app and they didn't just auto renew. They asked for me to approve the charges which is great. I'd definitely recommend this app...
