Excellent app! It’s fully functional and packed with all the features you could possibly need to build a form. The interface is intuitive, and integrating it with my site was incredibly easy. I had a few minor questions, and Adnan from Support responded within minutes with detailed, helpful answers that resolved everything. Great app and outstanding support!

I tested several form builders before settling on Form CRM, and it's easily the most intuitive, customizable and user friendly of the lot. We did run into a small hiccup with one of our quote forms but I sent in a query and got an almost instant reply along with a fix that worked. The whole thing was sorted in minutes. Really glad we found this one.

This form app lets you approve or decline customers, send automatic emails, and assign specific tags when accounts are created. It also pairs well with Shopify Flow for automations. Support is excellent too. Adnan helped me recover a form I'd deleted by accident and sorted out a tag issue.

I'm only on the free plan, but it's been excellent. The form embedded easily on our site and matched our custom theme without any fuss. Support was fast and helpful too — they fixed a button placement issue for us quickly, even across time zones. We're already eyeing the premium plan as we grow.

exactly what i was looking for, works so well, the pricing is really fair compared to others and the support was amazing! i had a small issue and they had it fixed for me within 10 minutes ! can’t fault it at all

The nice thing is there are a lot of options, but they don't make it hard to use. Everything is where you expect it to be. The default form look is already good, so you can leave it as it is if you are in a hurry. But if you want to make it look like your own, all the customization options are right there. So far, so good.
