I would highly recommend this AI Chat app! Ashu is amazing to deal with, he helped make some custom changes for me and has jumped on several calls to help me with various things. You can't go wrong here folks!

Overall, Alhena / Gleen is a good chatbot : it provides answers quickly, in a good readable format. It is easy to answer chats, it is easy to train the chatbot. Everything is straight to the point. We had to contact customer support regarding a small issue. Alhena customer support really helped us quickly. Their customer support is very effective!

This AI is not like the usual, it will memorize your store and answer customer questions based on your actual store. It is very informative and so far I have only had a couple of glitches which I have reached out to the support team and had very helpful friendly staff take care of my issues immediately. Highly recommend trying the free version first if you are a small business.
