Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen, maar krijg geen reactie en geen bevestiging van de opzegging. Dit voelt zeer onbetrouwbaar en onprofessioneel. Ik moet nu via mijn bank proberen mijn geld terug te krijgen. Ik raad deze app absoluut af.
