I've been using this app for a while now and am very happy with both the app and the support. One thing came up recently (which was a conflict with another app that required some level of personalisation), we raised it with the support team and it was fixed within 24 hrs. I was charged $20 for a “1 usage fee” even though I uninstalled the app within the trial period. I contacted customer service through live chat to request a refund, and the representative said he would ask the billing department to process it. However, one month later, I still haven’t received a refund. I don’t understand how this app has a 4.8/5 rating with such poor business practices.
