App fails to install at all in a development environment and in production its only partially installed. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I just install the app but they doesn't allow to use the app until subscribe to basic or premium plan with 3 days free trail. I have subscribed to basic plan and now want's to cancel it but I cannot see any cancellation option.
