Die Einarbeitung in die App ist komplex, vor allem die Einstellungen des Designs. Dafür hat man viele Optionen + eigenes CSS. Wenn man alles eingerichtet hat und sich um die FAQs kümmern will klappt das schnell und effizient. Das Beste ist aber der Support, ich habe immer live Antwort erhalten und diese war immer 100% zufriedenstellend.

I cannot recommend this app. I reported a critical issue over 3 months ago — every page in this knowledge base triggers a soft 404, which is bad for SEO and Google visibility.
