Canceled and uninstalled app May 6th and still charged renewal May 9th for next month. Shopify's instructions are to go to this page and contact support.

Once you get used to it works fine however the jump from 500 products to 5000 is very steep, so we will have to switch to a different solution. If you uninstall and reinstall while subscribed, you appear un the free plan and no longer have access to the paid features
