Buunto is the perfect solution for our pastry shop. Our products have different preparation times, and the app lets us set them up so customers can only choose realistic pickup dates and time slots. It has made managing our orders so much easier. When we launched our store in Catalan, we found an issue with the date and time formatting in that language. We reported it to support and they fixed it...

That kind of speed and quality is hard to find. We're absolutely thrilled and can wholeheartedly...

Appreciate the customer experience especially when you get the opportunity to speak with a person. When you get to speak to a person, you don't have the mental load of trying to figure out what AI would understand. You are able to address the problem with all the nuisances a problem usually entails. Thank you for breaking down the information in a way that I personally could understand. GREAT cust...

We've been using Buunto for some time at Sara's Flowers Phuket, and it has been one of the best decisions we've made for our business. As a flower delivery company, accurate addresses are absolutely critical. A vague or incorrect location can mean a failed delivery, an unhappy customer, and flowers arriving late. Buunto has virtually eliminated that problem for us. The app itself works exactly a...
