Quick to respond to queries and real time data is so helpful. Have tried other apps like this and by far the layout and ease of use of this one is the best I have tested.

Only been using this for two weeks but I can already see exactly what's happening in the cart in real time. What pushed me to leave a review this early is the support. It was working very well and I loved the insights it provided. I sought to get some support and tried reaching out and have not heard back. The app stopped working and just says cartlytics.poinz.xyz sent an invalid response.

I was hoping the "order" count would just be for online sales.
