I recently had a unique issue affecting my sync and the support team worked with me over a couple of days to isolate the issue and fix it. We have been with Connex since 2020 and I can count on one hand how many times we have had an issue with the program. When we have had an issue they are quick to respond and knowledgeable to know how to fix the issue.

Update: Connex has finally hired a dedicated customer service team and is working on improving support, help docs, and the user interface. The support has helped us understand the tool better and how to make the most of it. No other tool has worked for us because our current setup is way too complicated and Connex has been the best tool to make our transactions into Quickbooks for desktop.

Had to delete it. New updates they did kept voiding past three months sales with a rounding error. Had to delete all the sales and have them sync again. Happend three time. Hoping for more support in the future.... Joe is a nice guy, but seems to be breaking features a lot & then not very good with communication. We are currently dealing with 3 broken features related to gift cards, returns & exchanges as well as certain discount fields not transferring over. These were all working a week ago....

Connex has gone downhill recently. The support is terrible, you'll wait days in between responses trying to solve sync issues. Their website is slow and buggy. I've been a customer for years, no more. Save yourself aggravation and avoid Connex.

I would advise anyone to steer clear of this app. I signed up for a trial and canceled almost immediately. Next thing I knew, a charge for $239 showed up on my credit card. As far as I can tell, there is no way to contact customer service about this, so I am stuck with protesting through my credit card. Be very very careful in giving them credit card info!

I loved this app when I first started using it, I got an annual metered plan that was around $150 a month. Then I was migrated to $199 a month when the pricing structure changed. Recently I got an email that I was being migrated to almost $400/month for 2 sales channels. They just priced themselves out of value for our company.
