I feel nothing short of BLESSED to be working with Custom Cat as my print on demand provider. I am currently on my 3rd year working with them and EVERYTHING about them is outstanding! I especially love their new DigiSoft Ink, which is much nicer than DTG or DTF! The ink actually stays on my customers' shirts through many washes and withstands the test of time. The customer service is also AMAZING....

Got my order in 5 business days which is not bad at all. I was curious about their DIGISOFT®. It is just regular DTF. Definitely not anything special. I was hoping for a nice new industry print method but it's just a marketing ploy. Otherwise its decent DTF. Slight banding on my print but passable.

Tried to like this POD but their print quality consistently failed to measure up. Customers constantly sending photos of print washing off on first wash. I use customcat for their relatively fast turnaround on drinkware. Relatively fast unless their system auto-bans your design and you have to wait days for them to manually approve it.
