We just started using this app and the experience has been great so far. Gabriella from Customer Accounts Deluxe took care of the full setup, and I was really impressed with the level of customer service. We upgraded based on a clearly advertised monthly price, only to later be told we had to pay significantly more based on order volume. This was never made clear upfront. On top of that, we were told upgrading was required just to receive support. The end result? Costs nearly 10x higher than expected. Very disappointing experience and a lack of transparency overall.

Very nice, looks nice in the shop and is easy to use. I only wish i could have more analytics in seeing what people fill in for their profile and which products they added on their wishlist. So I could work with that info. The price range is also perfect.
