Customer guru NPS gives a good general over view of customer satisfaction. It would be helpful if we were able to follow up on the feedback and ask "why do you feel this way" which would give deeper insight.

Absolutely horrendous customer support; I have tried to reach them since April 2023 to help me troubleshoot ([email protected]). None of my reviews show up on the testimonials page. I would not recommend using this app. There is no way to stop a survey once it's scheduled, the dashboard UI is buggy, there is no way to change the survey schedule once it's sent out, the survey responses show incorrect geographical locations, and the support is very slow to respond, or does not respond at all.

Not worth it for the price, not by a mile. They also don't let you post reviews that aren't positive, tried to post several times and now I'm actually having to be careful with my not positive wording to be able to review.

We upgraded to their paid plan for over 1000 emails which we don't need as we barely have 200.These was done was out of the 5 free emails one was a classified as detractor as the customer did not want to do this surveys so it's classified as 0/10 detractor which is negative. Then after upgrading walla it's still happening that those who do not want to make a review is classified as 0/10 detractor...

NOT FREE!!!!!! This should be in the free trial section, after 300 customers or 10 days they they charge. (1 star) I would be much happier it there was a free option for <100 surveys/month Works Great! Functionally this app works great. Setup is easy, reporting is easy, and integration is easy. I had my first replays seconds after they sent the email. (5 stars)
