Love how easy and convenient this app is! Tomas is also great to work with. Definitely recommend for your store

The paid plan for this app is already a great value vs. other apps because it's unlimited usage, but the onboarding and setup support we received was truly a white glove experience - even when our 3PL couldn't provide the requested API keys, the onboarding guy Tomas immediately developed a workaround, and now everything works flawlessly!! I would definitely recommend this app to everyone looking...

Tom is great to work with and the app worked effectively. He was able to jump on even on the weekend to help us, he will do whatever is needed to make sure you are taken care of.

I am very happy with the performance of the app and the support I have received. Tomas really takes care of everything and keeps it running smoothly.

We've had a great experience with Dates & Rates. A seamless and quick transition, and excellent followup to any questions. Definitely recommend!

We tested many other apps trying to get exactly what we wanted but they all fell short in one way or another. Tomas was able to configure Dates and Rates exactly how we wanted it and any issues that come up he's been able to fix very quickly. We highly recommend it!

The support of this app is exceptional! I needed some very unique settings that were accommodated and no other app was ever this helpful! Highly recommend!

Dates & Rates has been extremely helpful for making delivery information clearer and easier to manage as we grow. Our store has a mix of digital and physical products, so we needed a shipping setup that could stay accurate without adding complexity for our team. The app was easy to configure, flexible enough for our needs, and gives us more confidence that customers are seeing the right delivery e...

Dates & Rates has been very helpful for managing more detailed shipping requirements. We especially appreciate the flexibility around custom packing logic, destination exclusions, and international shipping configuration. It is powerful without feeling overly complicated, and the support has been excellent. Tomas has been hands-on and practical whenever we needed help fine-tuning the setup.

Dates & Rates has helped us improve the checkout experience by giving customers clearer and more accurate shipping options before they complete their purchase. The app is easy to use day to day, and the checkout configuration gives us more control over how delivery options are presented. Tomas was very responsive during setup and helped make sure everything was configured correctly for our store.

Dates & Rates has been a great fit for our dropship workflow. We needed a reliable way for our team to quickly and accurately estimate shipping costs across a variety of orders, and this app delivers exactly that. It gives us the flexibility to support our specific shipping rules while keeping the process simple for our team. Overall, it’s helped us quote customers with more confidence and streaml...

User friendly and great customer support!

Easy setup and it's saving a lot of headache especially around holiday season and to pre-qwell questions around ship-by dates (ex. Mother's Day, Xmas, etc.). When we did have questions Tomas answered them swiftly and we've had no problem getting the app up and running through different theme updates. I hope the flat fee business model stays bc that was a major pull to keep our costs predictable &...

Great system. Great sollution and support from the founder, Tomas. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service and support!

Dates and Rates has been huge for our business. No more guessing on shipping prices - just exact prices being passed onto customers. Tomas has been incredibly hands on and is ready to help make adjustments or add features as necessary. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for dynamic shipping prices.

We have been using Dates & Rates for a while now and it has been a huge help with providing accurate shipping promises and ETAs to our customers. The founder, Tomas, has also been extremely quick to respond whenever we have any questions about the app. We have seen a big decrease in the amount of customer service emails regarding shipping times because the customer expectations are more accurate n...

OpenBCI uses Dates and Rates for both Product Display Shipping Promise and Realtime Checkout Ship Estimates. Customers value shipping ETAs - accordingly we expect to see a positive effect on conversion rates. Looking forward to continue working with Tomas and his team. They are agile and super-responsive. Give them a try!

Dates & Rates helps us estimate real shipping costs. No more guess work. We are in control of our margins. Also, the customer support is great!
