Not only is there a very quick response, but any issues always get sorted quickly. They have just written a very specific bit of code for a very specific issue we had encountered, and the issue went away. This app comes with our 100% recommendation.

Total Cowboys, Left code on our site which interfered with our main themes app, ended up showing a discount code in the cart to all customers that didn't work. Also stacked discounts don't work in the shopify checkout page, so even without the total mess they caused, the app would be useless.

Their support total suck. The customer support is online but ignored my message after a few hours and still did not reply. There are no instructions in their app , I will not recommend it at all. Please do not use this app

Hi, After 15 days of installing this app, still not being able to use the features of this app. The customer care support of this app is the slowest in the world, When you chat with them it almost takes them 10-15 minutes to reply back. We cannot sit for the full day to sort out issues. VERY BAD SUPPORT!! WILL NOT REFER NOR SUGGEST ANYONE TO INSTALL THIS ! UNINSTALLING IT ! WASTED MY MONEY
