Overall, we have had a great experience. App is easy to use. Very responsive to questions or concerns. I just wish they would add another vendor that has Kona Coffee, Geisha Coffee, and other flavored coffees for holidays like Highland Grogg, and Irish Creme for St. Patrick's Day. I need to go outside of the network to get these.

Expensive subscription and very high cost items. You will lose money! I've had them for 6 months now and I lose out on profit because of their monthly subscription fees on top of the items cost is so high if you don't sell each bag at a 76% markup you don't profit anything!! I will change my review when they stop robbing people $2.75 per label check. Their label requirements are so buggy and confusing they will charge you $50 simply to approve one label for one product. They keep rejecting my labels without any direct guidance or explanation, oh yes. For guidance and explanation you please pay 500 a month or whatever it is. Not right way to run your business.
