Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Support I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by DropMagic. I worked with Cedric to address issues with my app, but tech support (Loui) took 16 days to send a initial, vague response stating they were working on it. Please be careful when buying a subscription, I attempted to cancel and they still billed me the $55 despite me contacting them to cancel 2 weeks ago. I also uninstalled the app too and they still billed me. I've had to cancel my card to avoid another payment next month.

My experience has been terrible. Support is not replying to my support requests. There is a bug with my add to cart button. It's been 6 days and it's still not working and i can't get an answer from support.

customer support never replies and they are not helpful at all. Also the app is very buggy it doesn't sync any settings that I make in my shopify store have to redo them all again in dropmagic because nothing syncs

Started out as a great way to build my store. But started having bugs and issues, the help team is VERY slow to respond. They took weeks to even attempt to send the issue to "engineering" where I received no response after multiple attempts to figure out a solution. I have since stopped using this app for my store, while they continue to try and charge me.
