Nikki did a great job of helping me today. The only issue I have is that there is no manual sync button to keep your collections synced to Shopify. This should happen automatically but only one sub-collection got added. They are working on the problem.

Beware of DSers' refund tactics. They promised a full $49.90 refund, but only returned ~$40—shorting the total by deducting $7.48 in "Shopify fees" and $1.45 in "processing fees." When confronted, they refuse to take accountability and continuously tell you to ask Shopify for reimbursement.
