Emersoft Books

Emersoft has made running a bookstore online much easier. I love that they are really learning the industry, the publishers, and the indie bookstores themselves. They have made massive improvements to the app in the short time I've been with them which shows they are actively listening and participating in the unique needs of bookstores.

The Emersoft Books app opens up a world of possibilities for your online bookstore. I would say it even is a must have if you want to expand your customer reach, service and sales. With brilliant assistance and staff they are also a real pleasure to work with.

Wow! This app has taken our small indie bookstore to a new level. The ability to add new titles on the fly is incredible. The support team is very patient and helpful.

We’ve had a very positive experience with the Emersoft Shopify app. It does an excellent job importing books and managing orders, and the process has been reliable and straightforward. We have not experienced any crashes or significant issues. The support team is also consistently responsive and helpful whenever we have a question or need assistance. Overall, Emersoft has been a reliable part o...

The team at Emersoft has been great to work with. As a Baby Boomer not as adept with technology, I was initially not certain at all of my tech abilities. But I quickly found the support team to be very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and encouraging. They provide support in written form as well as video, which has made the learning process very doable! I've achieved my goals and had fun do...

Emersoft is so Wonderful! We are so happy to have met the team. We are looking forward to working with them to help us get more online sales. 10/10

Communication and availability is paramount when starting and subsequently running a business. The people who make up Emersoft excel at both. I am so glad we made the investment to partner with them. 100/10 recommend. Shout out to Pawel, Caroline (and previously, Tori). Thank you for making this significantly less stressful.

We found Emersoft when researching how to connect our existing Shopify store catalog to Ingram's customer direct fulfillment and product database. It has worked out of the box connecting our 3 physical store locations running Shopify POS with the inventory Ingram offers. Implementation didn't really require much in the form of staff training or process changes, our team can just click request fu...

The Emersoft Team is great! We would have been spending way too many hours manually putting book titles into the POS & Online store without them. They are constantly working to improve the app and are quick to reply to questions or suggestions. Thanks Pawel & Team!

Emersoft entered my bookstore picture at the perfect time. I was already racking my brain to solve some problems that THEY had already figured out how to solve and so I was very excited to connect with them at this critical time in my business journey. After their free webinar and follow-up zoom call (which I booked right away!) I realized their app was going to be the perfect solution for my shop...

I've been working with Emersoft for over a year now and they have been extremely easy to deal with and are very responsive. This new app builds upon their prior Shopify integration and is very user friendly and makes it easy to find and import books into my store. I've had several issues where I've needed different functionality for my store, and they are always quick to either make updates to th...

We love these guys, they feel like a partner, always wiling to listen, implement, help, brainstorm.... So glad they came into our path right when we are moving to Shopify as our preferred platform!

I've never experienced this level of service from a software provider, not in 20 years working in finance, and not in the last decade in the tech sector. Every question is answered. Every email gets a response, usually within hours. If something doesn't have an out-of-the-box solution, the team finds a workable temporary fix while their developers build a permanent one into the platform. It neve...
