I really appreciate the app’s functionality when it works—it’s a great tool for recovering abandoned carts! However, it frequently gets stuck on 'Processing…', which can be frustrating. But every abandon cart i tried to convert to a draft, i got App error messages saying "Unable to fetch checkout from shopify" with a clickable link (where it supposed to go, no one knows) that doesnt work either, dead link.
