Great app for running a loyalty programme, and the support team has been excellent. Shammer in particular was really helpful getting our custom point redemption setup sorted before our go-live. Would recommend to any Shopify store looking to migrate their loyalty programme over.

Essential Loyalty working well for us. We created our own issue at go live by importing all our customers from old woo site and they received a bunch of sign-up points. Essential Support jumped in and reversed the transaction to solve our issue.

Love this app just need to customize it now.
