10/10 would recommend! Have been using this for years- great experience! Had a troubleshooting issue and was resolved immediately. Do not use this app if you are serious about your business, because this team is not. You can catch their attention ONLY if you uninstall and the manager immediately messages to make you stay. The team has no clue what's going on in there- and best part- after you raise ticket, and problem is not yet attended, they try to cross sell the next plan or their "Assistance" services.
