Our issue is pretty complex and requires Evey staff to reach out to shopify billing department and actively follow up with them. The custom email service provider feature is not working and if you try to set it up, you then cannot reverse it to the default which results in notifications not going out, which means none of your customers will receive their tickets. Editing my review Apparently events are still available for purchase after event date has past. Evey thinks its totally acceptable that busy small businesses have to go and check "draft" after each event (we have about 8 a month) so customers cant then find and purchase just floating events that arent connected to any date.
