So handy! It moved ALL my reviews from Etsy over to Shopify (no other apps did it properly). Also the best customer service I've seen to date, more than once.

We've been using Fera for a while now and overall are very pleased. When we've had issues (such as when we changed our theme) the support team replied and fixed the problems quickly.

whole review on website get hid without any notification and stays hidden for days till through sales numbers you realize and start investigating, and it turns out that FERA just hid on your store support is only available on given timing other timing you are just on your on - i built my 2 years reviews around this app and it was mistake

Not worth the money. Go with Judge.me. Much better value for money.

Holding merchant reviews hostage unless you pay more! The new price change of orders limit in the store is really unjust specially for old customers - who have good data populated with this app, Not Recommended for long term users as they keep increasing pricing +100% and you will regret once you have populated your data with them. Had been their customer since 2017 and frankly app doesn't worth the price now.

This app is constantly crashing. Users are merging between projects, creating potentially serious issues. Reviews on websites are often offline. These problems have been occurring for years, and the staff never fixes them. We are in the process of uninstalling it from all our stores.

The developer keeps changing pricing policies - Now that we have our data generated with their app, they have changed the pricing from 29$ to above 150$ overnight. This is quite misleading pricing policy. In addition the app is NOT that good also, app worth max 29$/ month.

★★★★★

Bad app, every few month changes conditions to charge you more money, doesnt work properly

The worst customer service experience I've had!!! The #Recently Sold Counter and Social Proof Popups Widgets aren't working on our website. We've contacted customer support about this issue. Here's their response: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! Those widgets are legacy widgets, and they are already discontinued. We are now focused on review widgets only. Just in case you are looking...
