We’ve tested several Shopify apps to improve our repeat purchase flow, but this one stands out because of how well the reorder cycle is actually implemented.

Reluctant 1 star review but no support means I can't use the app. The forecast / low stock feature is working but I'm unable to place a purchase order, the main reason I was looking for a Stocky replacement. Have tried 3 support requests over the last week each a day or two apart, have gone through the help / tutorial, probably an easy fix if I could just get support.
