Grapevine Post Purchase Survey

Superb app!

Grapevine has been a big help in our startup journey so far! As the co-founder of a snack startup, post-purchase surveys are crucial for our data and analytics. We recently switched to Grapevine and could not be happier we did so. Super seamless integration and everything in the app is very easy to understand :)

Grapevine's Surveys has made for easy integration with Shopify. The main question we wanted answering was "What was the purpose of your visit?" - and we can now attribute this to a clear answer, which has been incredibly beneficial. Sam especially has been very helpful throughout the whole process.

Easy to use, good value for money and great customer support

I have been a long time user of Grapevine and it has been a super valuable asset for our store. On the odd occasion I have reached out to the team, the team has always been super responsive. I literally asked for a feature last week and the founder reached out today to let me know it’s already live. The data we’re getting is super useful and our completion rates are great. Highly recommend.

Great app with loads of functionality. We use it across all our branded sites, and it give us so much insight in to how our customers think of our brands. Outside of satisfaction scores, there is loads of information we can gather. Support is greats, as well as the integrations.

Very easy set up and install process without any technical requirements and Sam is keen to help if needed. Given us valuable insight into where we are finding our customers and any issues they had during checkout.

Grapevine is a very easy tool to use. We used it to develop a customer post-purchase survey and connect it to our eCRM/e-mail tools. Sam and Stu with Grapevine have been very responsive and helpful with onboarding, setup, and QA'ing our effort. Highly recommend.

Awesome tool! We have found it very easy to use and to receive valuable insights from our customers to help serve them better.

Steve has been great! I spent a few hours creating my survey, little did i know i was actually logged out of shoipfy in the background so i was unable to save it. Steve took control though and manually added everything to a fresh one for me. Can't ask for much more than that. He even stepped in and sorted a few layout issues after the survey was complete and published.
