Disaster! Generic templates they throw together. No care to review and make sure your product is visible, the collections are accurate, copywriting is included or makes sense. The GIF they generated are very small and basically your customer receive an entire blank email with only a tiny area in the center that shows their design. My experience was phenomenal. Grid + Pixel took the time to listen to exactly what I needed and adjust the email flows and campaigns accordingly. They also encouraged me to add SMS marketing (which I did) and it's been a game changer, especially for the abandoned cart flow.
