Setup was fairly quick and easy, and the AI was quick to learn the basics of our store. It was nice to see that we could add custom training material (text, PDFs, URLs, etc) as well as testing various conversation scenarios from the admin-side and correct its responses before going live. AI is only as good as the data you put in - if you have good question banks for HeiChat, it will deliver. Take some time to train the app, check its responses and fill in the gaps - and it will save time and energy. I've already recommended the app to several people, and will continue to do so. A+.
