Great customer service and a very simple platform to use. One or two enhancements could be made i.e. the ability to actually check if someone followed your social channels vs clicking on the link alone

Customer service is great. Trilok was very helpful and quick to respond. I found the answer to my question. The app itself still needs some work but than that it's all good

New to the platform and love the features on the review and loyalty side of things. Lots of features which allow for forward growth. Support is amazing - 20 hrs a day is really useful as a business.

We installed influence.io because we wanted to introduce a loyalty programme for our customers. The app has a simple structure so that the implementation and customisation of the widgets was easy. We've just implemented influence.io along with reviews.io and impressed so far. We've been able to import points and connect with Klaviyo, Shopify etc. Support have also been really helpful. So far, so good!

We were an existing Reviews.IO user and decided to switch to Influence for loyalty rewards. The installation was a breeze and we had it up and running before they reached out to schedule an onboarding call! Had a couple of questions about the install process and getting customers imported, but this was all taken care of right away. Definitely recommend! Thank you!
