This service is no good for anyone managing above 100 listings. Their user experience is extremely dated. Their scripts are confusingly set up and their customer support does not seem to understand what it is they're providing service for. 6 months ago 800 items had their quantity changed out of the blue and they took no responsibility for it. Worked fine for a while with eBay. Now sync from ebay back to Shopify doesn't work. Sales and inventory doesn't change when a sale is made. Online support only shows what is suppose to happen. No support for actual sync issues.

when i first started using this app it was absolutely incredible for my needs & my business.
