So good! Very helpful and the staff even get in there and make changes for you if you find it too hard. I can recommend to use this app.

Best size chart app in all shopify apps, look no further because kiwi size chart is the most advanced size chart in all shopify , you cannot imagine how you can create stuff with this size chart. its fully customizable and if you need anything customer support will help right away with anything. this app will help avoid return and exchanges for sure.

I’m glad that the issue I encountered was finally resolved with the help of their technical support team. I would recommend using live messenger if you have an urgent matter—it’s the most effective way to reach them better than via email.

Extremely disappointed in current support and the app. We have been using Kiwi sizing for about 5 years and it has been great. Unfortunately it functionality has deteriorated where its metadata filters just doesn't work at all. We are currently looking for an alternative solution.

**Unfair Pricing Model – Feels Like a Hidden Billing Trap** I am extremely disappointed with Kiwi Sizing's pricing model. After upgrading to a higher-tier plan, I discovered that they charge based on my store's total order volume, even for orders that never use their size charts. **Why should I pay for orders that have absolutely nothing to do with this app?** This is an unreasonable and unfair...

Me han cobrado 1 año de suscripción cuando lo tenia quitado para que no me cobraran más. No me parece buenas prácticas y tampoco responden a los correos... No lo recomiendo

Average and expensive. Claude can make size charts for free

— MARRJEZI

Tried out their "Plus" ($15USD/month) plan with the 2 week free trial and quit that plan before the free trial period ended as I decided to use a different app. Noticed that I was going to be billed for that plan for the month anyway 2 days before it started. Approached support whilst it was still showing as an upcoming bill to ask about why I was getting billed even though I ended the free tria...

I’ve been using Kiwi for over two years now and have always been very satisfied, but I find the recent changes to the pricing plans absolutely ridiculous. I used to pay $6.99 a month and could publish up to 100 size charts. Now the price has gone up to $7.99, whilst you’re only allowed to publish 10 size charts. That’s a massive downgrade for a higher price. As if that weren’t enough, Kiwi now a...

Be Aware!!!!! Do NOT install this app! Besides charging a monthly subscription fee, they also charge additional fees based on your sales volume. This pricing model is outrageous and feels like daylight robbery. Be very careful before installing!
