I have been using it since February 2026 and I connected through Shopify. Very Good App and good conversion rate (if you are not disconneted automatically) but it's unstable. I sell in 13 countries but 10/13 regulary disconnect. I contacted support a few times and they couldn't fix it. I have to keep checking if I am disconnected and reconnect

I used Klarna via Shopify Payments and lost both the goods and the money after a chargeback, despite confirmed delivery and full evidence provided (tracking number and customer correspondence).
