Loop is awesome! Manan for the win!

We came to Loop after using Yotpo. Loop has been incredibly attentive, they have a slick program and they are always quick to respond to any question or problem. Their app is very user-friendly, they have plenty of useful tools and amazing depth of analytics. We have loved working with Loop.

We are so happy we made the switch to Loop! Their team has gone above and beyond to help us get everything set up and installed, and is always available whenever we need help. We switched from another subscription platform, and Loop is much easier to use and has a ton of great features that have helped our subscription growth and retention!

It's a scam, I tried to cancel my plan for 3 months, they don't let you to do so on their system, you need to send message to their customer support and they still charge me until this day.......

After being verbally promised an extended trial period, I was unexpectedly charged $650. I was assured the charge would not occur, yet it was processed the same day. After using Loop Subscriptions across multiple stores, I can confidently say it's one of the most frustratingly stagnant platforms on the market. What started with potential has turned into a case study in missed opportunities and complete lack of innovation. Indian support team not helpful and doesnt understand basic instructions

Absolute worst customer service we've ever experienced. Had some trouble with the manual installation and were told to "find a developer." WILD that a Shopify App thinks that the "only way to install a app is manually" when all the other ones we've looked at do it for you or it's automated. Don't waste your time...there are a lot of other, better, and helpful options.

They only support you if you get one of the paid plans. Each time I asked for help they asked me if I'm on free plan or not and then just stopped giving support. When I uninstalled the app the code remaining cause problems with my theme and they didn't help me to remove codes. Very poor customer service.

So poor they have livechat for 1 hour a day go and use appstle instead they are not as bad as recharge but loop is going that way

Super slow replies from support - have to wait 1-2 days to address issues. Also when they get back to you and claim to have resolved the issue nothing actually changed.
