I have purchased a lot of apps on Shopify, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had! First, the setup was super easy. We use Magical Fees in Ireland for the Re-turn plastic bottles or can deposit fees. Depending on the size of the product fees can start at 0.15. Magical Fees does an excellent job of adding the fees to the order as a separate line so there is no confusion with the client and their product orders. This app DOES NOT WORK!!! Have spent countless hours and lost sooooo much revenue due to glitches and waiting for the support team overseas to actually get back to me, they acknowledged the ongoing issues and supposedly gave me 2 months credit for the subscription but I have continued to be charged at regular intervals for an app that doesn't even work!!! DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY

You have to get the growth plan in order for it to work. When you are adding transaction fees the customer gets to delete them. When the customer adds more items the transaction fees do not get updated accordingly.

Bad experience, this app will add a lot of products and products line in the cart, which makes the entire shopping cart confused. The most important is after uninstalling the app, it will let some metaobject which cannot be deleted forever. They will remain on your metaobject list. I don't recommend it.

The app is useful for adding custom fees, but we’ve noticed the fees don’t always appear at checkout. It would also be great if we could rearrange the fees to show below the product in the order summary. These issues are impacting our checkout experience. Hoping for a fix soon!

Their percentage based fees are only for Shopify Plus stores and the fees are mandatory instead of optional. Truly a useless app.
