MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

Since installing MIDA, our traffic is clean and mostly human-driven. Setup was quick and simple, the dashboard is very user-friendly, and the customer service team is fast and helpful whenever I've asked a question. Highly recommended for any merchant looking to secure their store!

My Shopify store was recently targeted by a card testing attack. I downloaded MIDA to stop it and it was a pretty straightforward app to learn - especially with the help of the *human!* team on the other end of the chat. The attack stopped quickly after engaging the app. The team was very attentive, helpful and friendly. It was a great response and I'd recommend this app to anyone. :)

Easy to set up and very useful for protecting a Shopify store from bots and suspicious traffic. I especially like the flexible checkout rules, which let us block specific email addresses, names and phone numbers without affecting genuine customers. MIDA has blocked ~660 suspicious visitors in 30 days and cleaned up a lot of bot traffic from our analytics, with good support from the team when we had setup questions. Works well for filtering storefront bot traffic.

This app is easy to set up and monitor. I had a lot of bot traffic happening from Latin American and Asia where I do not sell. This was distorting my analytics. Now it is completely stopping this traffic from the site. Highly recommend!

I have been using MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker and like what I am getting. I can see where visitors are coming from, how long they spend onsite, and who is getting blocked. It also shows me who is using a vpn, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but could be an indicator of someone hiding their true location. One of what appears to be many hundreds of Shopify Stores being bombarded by card testing bots. The install was easy; I needed a little guidance and spoke to Annette, who was very helpful and managed to get the App up and running to start blocking bots. I have blocked some already, which i am very happy about. This looks like a very useful tool in the constant battle to ensure data is secure, etc....

This is a very useful app. It solved my bot problem and helps protect my website from fraudulent activity. The customer service was also excellent and very helpful. Easy to setup and easy to create rules for blocking not just bots, but also IPs, countries, and more. Lots of great features. Would highly recommend.

Great app, very easy to set up and actually useful. The bot detection helped us identify and reduce a wave of suspicious automated traffic without having to block entire countries or networks. Support was also very responsive. Definitely worth having for extra visibility and protection on Shopify.

This app has been helping out tremendously. We had an issue with someone performing some credit card testing (fraud) repeatedly over the past few weeks. So far, this app has been fantastic and really insightful. After having hundreds of thousands of visits from bots, the analytics data started to become very skewed. Already, after just a few days a large amount of bots are being blocked. I've not even looked into it's order fraud filters yet.
