Great app for session recordings and heatmaps. It helps me understand how visitors use my store and where they may get stuck. The support team is also very responsive and helpful — they helped me with IP exclusion, extra sessions, and a delayed capture issue. Recommended!

I haven't been using the app long, but so far, I think it's been great! We started running ads from Chapter NYC Magazine and have already started seeing some activity.
