We have tested couple of apps to deliver to local customers. But it was unsustainably costly and sometimes drivers didn't show up or were quite late. Yesterday used this app to deliver few online orders to local customers and didn't have any issues with requesting delivery on dashboard. Order was delivered in 40 mins or so. The delivery request process is overly complex, and support is slow to respond. The app UI is confusing; consider using AI tools (Claud/Cursor/GPT5) to improve it. Implement AI-powered chat support. The initial user experience is crucial for your business's success. Your support was unavailable for 2 hours, and we ended up using Uber for a $24 delivery from DT LA to Pasadena.
